Who operates this site

This website and The Record launch list are operated by London Bailey in Nevada, United States. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to privacy@londonbailey.io.

Information collected

• Launch-list information: the email address you submit, whether you confirmed or unsubscribed, and the date the contact was created.
• Request and security data: limited technical information, such as an IP address, may be processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and diagnose errors.
• Anonymous site analytics: aggregated page-view information is collected through Vercel Web Analytics. It is not tied to an individual or IP address and does not use cookies.

How information is used

Information is used to confirm launch-list subscriptions, send updates about The Record, respond to requests, secure and maintain the site, understand aggregate site usage, and comply with legal obligations. The site uses double opt-in: an address is added to the active list only after its confirmation link is used.

Service providers and sharing

Resend processes confirmation messages and stores launch-list contacts. Vercel hosts and secures the site and provides anonymous Web Analytics. A periodic copy of the subscriber list is also kept in a private backup inbox for continuity. These providers receive information only as needed to perform those services or comply with law.

London Bailey does not sell covered information. The site does not use third-party advertising trackers, and no third party is permitted through this site to track your activity over time across unrelated websites for targeted advertising.

Retention and choices

Confirmed launch-list information is kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it is no longer needed for the launch list. Unconfirmed confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Periodic private backups may retain a copy temporarily; reasonable steps will be taken to remove requested addresses from retained backups.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your information, or direct that it not be sold, by emailing privacy@londonbailey.io. The request may need to be verified before it is completed. You may also unsubscribe using the option provided in book-update emails.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted an address, contact the operator to have it removed.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects how launch-list information is used, reasonable notice will also be provided to subscribers.
